2/20/04- Anyway, as said on the index , I said that I am now excepting apps for any one of you comic makers out there. I know my coding sucks...and all, but you can become part of the comic staff here...just submit your comics at one of my two e-mail addresses to your left, though if you submit to my hotmail account, put something like 'Comics' , 'Application', 'Free Cheese-it' or something to know that I know that it isn't spam.

ANYWAY, the criteria of the submissions of comics.

• You must submit at least two or more comics.

• Again those comics need to be of some type of a series. Meaning that, it could be a series/storyline and not just a once-in-a-lifetime thing.

• You (as the submissioner) must have AIM or MSN....if you have Yahoo or ICQ...I MIGHT be able to meet you half-way.

• Submissions may include also any past experiences or works that you have done for other sites, and if possible the site's URL's. It is NOT manditory.

• Your comic may have violence and cussing in your comic. I am pretty lienant....HOWEVER.....it must be funny. There's a limit to what I'll even allow, but I will usually take most.

• I may respond to a few of your e-mails,but it doesn't mean that you are rejected or a finalist.

• And....if you like....you may include your site in your e-mail. You never know, you might be part of the Bitchin' links, afflidite or a 'Random site of the week' ! If I just get it an e-mail just with your site and nothing else, I WILL delete it, UNLESS you're sending it in for the Bitchin' links, Affilidites, or 'Random site of the week'.

The best few comics will be placed on the site for voting. If I can get some type of makeshift voting thing from a site or something, we will vote on the comics. The best.... 'TWO' will get places on Nintendo Sprites. (Heh, sorry I wish I could give you more.....like your own e-mail address and other crap, but you will be featured as a regular comic maker on the site.

Submissions will be delayed until 2005 due to lack of freetime that the webmaster will have.

The Site's Origin and History

The site was started on March 1st. 2002. I opened the site to all the people who wanted sprites,since back then I didn't know of many sprite sites, so I decided to create one on Freeservers. All went well until it decided to stop hotlinking, because they wanted people to see their banners and ads. That what's seperates the fags from the greats. You prevent hotlinking, and you become a fag.

 In it's second year, and I am glad I could be running the site. I started making comics around about a year ago,when I saw www.psyguy.com . They had kick ass comics, and I asked myself that I could do the same. However, I tried making them on Photoshop, and it was as confusing as heck. So, I used the next best thing, MSpaint. I am considered a master at using it. Maybe, someday I'll write guides to make comics on it.

In it's third year of existence, I am kinda embarrassed that it hasn't offered much as in of sprites. I started the site because I personally thought there was a lack of sprite sites, but when I realized that both www.gsa.com and The Shyguy Kingdom were already sprite sites, I stopped with that premise when the name was already Nintendo Sprites. In fact, a small site, once linked on www.psyguy.com was originally called Nintendo Sprites, but the site went down on some reason....probably because of the copyrighted name I had. Let's just say that I am moving forward in separating the comics from the sprites on this website.

Now approaching the forth year in existance, I have to say that it's been an interesting year. I never really updated NS for reasons that it was slow to do so, and I didn't have (or wasn't allowed) .php scripts. Up to the forth anniversity, I will be introducing a whole new layout, with cool buttons of doom, more pimpatacular webcomics, and more content as I finish off the rest of the third and going into the forth year of existance on the web.
